Venue: at International center annex hall entrance
(1)For presenters who are using Power point at presentation, Please bring your PPT data in your USB thumb drive .
(2)Copy your data to our computer(Windows) at the registration booth and
make sure that your PPT will function properly.
(3)Please start up your file yourself before presenting.
If you missed registration, please go the presentation room directly, copy
your data to the computer and start up your file yourself.
ATTENTION: Please make sure to check for viruses on your thumb drive and
data to prevent any troubles.
Note:
1)For those who wish to use their own computers, please be sure to bring
the connection cable that will connect to VGA and HDMI terminals of the
projector we provide. We will not provide the conversion cable for Apple
computers(e.g.MacBook or iPad).
2)For presenters who will only attend on the second day, Please contact
us indivisually.

・The poster board will be 120cm high and 180cm wide (600mm above ground).
The pins will be prepared.
・Please prepare your poster in a size which can fit in to this poster board.
Also, please prepare the picture of the presenters in size B5(aprox. 18.5cm
x 25.7cm) and display it on the right top corner of the poster board in
order to recognize the presenters.
Registration for poster presenters:
Date: October 31st(Sat), from AM9:15
Venue: at International center annex hall entrance
Poster display: AM10:00 October 31st(Sat) to AM11:00 November 1st(Sun)
Poster presentation: PM2:00 to PM3:30 October 31st. Please stand in front
of your poster and present in English.
