★Transportation between Airport and Hotel

Arrival:
October 30th
We have arranged a free microbus pickup service from Chubu Centrair International Airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel. Our free microbus pickup will be 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00. Please inform your flight schedule for smoother communication.

For those of you who will not use our pick up service or arrive on the other date, Please use the public transportation such as an Airport Limousine Bus or a train.

The time table of the Airport limousine bus is as listed below. Bus ticket will cost JP \1200 per person.

There will be no drop off service to the Airport. Please use the public transportation.

★Transportation between Hotel and Nagoya International Center.

There will be a free taxi service for your transportation between Nagoya Kanko Hotel and Nagoya International Center. The Taxi will leave Hotel around 8:30am on both October 31st and November 1st.

★Meals

1. The Breakfast

Morning buffet (Free) at Nagoya Kanko Hotel.
2. The Lunch
(October 31st)
For participants of Presidents’ meeting and luncheon:
Please come to the annex hall again after taking the photograph.
For attendants and ordinary participants:
There will be a Lunch ticket provided in the back of your name tag holder. Please exchange the Lunch Box between 12:30 to 14:00 at Conference room 1 on 5th floor of the Nagoya International Center.
3. The Reception Dinner
(October 31st)
There will be a Reception ticket provided in the back of your name tag holder.
Please bring your ticket to the reception counter.
The Reception Dinner will start from 18:00 at Akebono, 2nd floor of Nagoya Kanko Hotel.
There will be a free Taxi service, which will leave Nagoya International Center around 17:30.
4. Other meals Please arrange the meals individually
