オーラルセッションの発表について

・発表言語は英語、制限時間は20分です。時間を厳守してください。(時間の配分:発表15分, 質疑応答・討論5分) 

・登壇・発表者受付:
  日時:10月31日(土)9:15〜14:00
  場所:国際センター別棟ホール1Fエントランス

(1)事前に,各自のUSBメモリにPPTを保存してください。
(2)受付でセッション(会場)ごとに発表用のパソコンを用意しておりますので,ご自分が所属するセッションのパソコン(Windows搭載)に各自でコピーし,PPTの正常起動を確認してください。
(3)発表時間になりましたら,上記要領で保存されたPPTを開いて発表を始めて下さい。
* もし登壇者受付をされなかった場合,USBメモリからの保存及び立上げは発表会場にて各自で行って頂きます。

重要:USBメモリ及びデータは、事前に各自でウイルスチェックを行い、安全であることをご確認ください。

注:
1)持参したパソコンでの発表を希望する方(特にMacBookまたはiPadご利用の方)は,主催者が用意するプロジェクター(VGA端子またはHDMI端子)に接続できるケーブルとコネクタは各自でご用意ください。
2)11月1日(日)のみご参加の方は別途ご相談ください。

ポスターセッションの発表について

・高さ180cm×幅175cm(ボード面は上から120cm x 175cm)のパネルに掲示できるポスターをご準備ください。ポスター掲示用のピンはこちらで用意します。
・パネル右上部に、聴衆が発表者を判別するための写真を添付しますので、発表者は各自、自分の写真(B5サイズ程度)をご用意ください。

発表者の受付:10月31日(土) 9:15~ 登壇・発表者受付(国際センター別棟ホール1F)にて受付をして下さい。
・ポスター掲示時間:10月31日(土) 10:00 〜 11月1日(日) 11:00
・ポスター発表時間:10月31日(土) 14:00 〜15:30  発表者の方は必ずポスター前に待機し、英語による発表を行ってください。
・ポスター撤去時間:11月1日(日) 11:30 までに各自で撤去してください。
